We Value Our Shoppers!

Here at Sexy SizeUp Boutique we greatly value and appreciate our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please request to get an online store credit ONLY, within 5 business days of receiving your order from the postal service. We do not issue refunds or exchanges for the sake of Covid-19 and to adhere to cleanliness policies. To inquire about a store credit, please fill out the form by clicking "contact us" below.

Considering Covid-19, we want to be as coherent as possible with the CDC's cleanliness policies. There are absolutely no exchanges or returns. We will issue a store credit to customers who can send us picture proof that the item purchased was sent damaged or completely wrong in request. To avoid unfitting clothing, please make sure to review our size charts located in the photo gallery of each item. Store credit can only be applied once per order.

Items that have been pre-ordered or back ordered can take up to three weeks to get to you. It may be sooner but to be on the safer side we advise waiting three weeks before expecting your order. Due to Covid-19 there may be a delay in shipments. Thank you for hanging in there with us as we do the best we can to provide you with a top notch shopping experience.

All items shipped will receive a tracking number and in most cases require a signature. This is to be sure that the package is accounted for and tracked correctly. If an order is not received, unfortunately this is an issue that has to be taken up with your local post office as we have secured everything on our end to make sure your package gets to you. We will be glad to provide any proof you need to show to your post office in regards to your order/purchase.

If proof is provided that said items arrived damaged, it can be replaced. You must show us proof of damaged contents as they arrived on the same day of arrival. We also track packages to be sure they get to the customer. If this is an issue you experienced, please message our customer service reps so that we can look into the issue.
